Delivery and Shipping Policies
Your floral arrangement is professionally arranged and can be delivered as early as tomorrow. In most cases, same day delivery (except Weekends and Holidays) is available for the greater Richmond area, if the order is submitted by 2:00 pm(EST). We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. We try to accommodate delivery time requests, but they are not guaranteed. Nicola Flora delivery services cover the greater Richmond area. There is a delivery service fee of $5.95 for the Downtown Metro Area, $3.95 for Northside, $7.95 for Westend and South of the James.
Your gift items are shipped the same day via USPS 2 to 3 day priority mail, (except Weekends and Holidays) if ordered by 2:00 pm (EST). Orders after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Overnight delivery is available upon request and will be calculated at the time the order is placed using USPS shipping rate guidelines. Our exchange policy allows for an account credit or an exchange for equal value merchandise, this includes items damaged due to shipping.
